Pero Jolevski serves as a Managing Director at Blue Star Strategies, LLC, where he provides strategic counsel to global companies facing complex public policy and investment challenges across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He specializes in crafting effective government relations and public affairs strategies, with a focus on regulated industries, including financial services, healthcare, biotechnology, international development, energy, telecom, transportation, and consumer goods.

Before joining the firm, Pero served as an independent consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and gained valuable experience in financial marketing strategies during his tenure at Merrill Lynch.
Pero is a Member of the Ambassadors Club of Macedonia2025, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the economic development of the country.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU), and currently serves as president of the university’s Washington, DC Chapter. Born in Skopje, Macedonia, Pero is fluent in English, French, and Macedonian, with basic knowledge of Spanish, and enjoys skiing during his leisure time.
