Pero Jolevski serves as Managing Director for Global Affairs at Blue Star Strategies, LLC, where he provides strategic counsel to global companies navigating complex public policy, regulatory, and investment environments across the United States, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. He specializes in designing government relations and public affairs strategies, with a focus on regulated industries including financial services, healthcare, biotechnology, education, international development, energy, telecom, transportation, and consumer goods.
In addition to his corporate advisory work, Pero has experience working on political campaigns, providing insight into electoral dynamics, stakeholder engagement, and policy formation across diverse political systems.
Before joining the firm, Pero served as an independent consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and gained valuable experience in financial marketing strategies during his tenure at Merrill Lynch. He is a Member of the Ambassadors Club of Macedonia 2025, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the country’s economic development.
Pero holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU). He founded and served as President of the university’s Washington, DC Alumni Chapter from 2012 to 2025, and remains actively engaged in the university’s alumni and institutional activities.
Born in Skopje, Macedonia, Pero is fluent in English, French, and Macedonian, with basic knowledge of Spanish. He is married and has one daughter, and enjoys skiing, hiking, and traveling.
