Elise is a Consultant at Blue Star Strategies SAS, serving clients in Paris, France and Brussels, Belgium. She works on campaigns where the stakes for society are high, particularly in the healthcare and labor sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, Elise worked at the Public Affairs Directorate of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), where she developed knowledge in international relations, media, and also OECD communications campaigns and their impacts.
Previously, Elise completed her end-of-study internship in a European public affairs consultancy. She worked for clients at the French and European level on a variety of issues, including health and environment and deepened her knowledge of French decision-making processes and politics.
Elise graduated from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne with a Master’s degree in European Public Affairs and completed a one-year Erasmus exchange program at the law department of the Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain where she obtained a Master’s degree in Private Law.
Elise speaks French, English and Spanish. Travel enthusiast, she loves road-tripping through Europe and enjoys discovering the best hidden Asian restaurants.
