Valentin Lejeune

Valentin is an Associate at Blue Star Strategies SAS, serving clients in Paris, France and Brussels, Belgium. Prior to joining the firm, Valentin worked at the Rungis International Wholesale Market, a massive food and logistics hub which supplies the whole Paris urban region in fresh products. He focused on the international development of Rungis’ activities, especially in Africa and Asia.

Particularly interested in economics and politics, Valentin has worked at the economic department of the Embassy of France in Cuba as well as in various entities of the French administration, at the local and national level, including the European and international department of France’s Ministry of Environment. He has developed deep knowledge of international relations and public decision-making in France and the European Union. He also spent one year in Belo Horizonte, Brazil where he studied international relations at PUC Minas University.

Valentin graduated from the Institute of Political Studies of Bordeaux, France with a Master’s degree in Applied Geoeconomics. At the same time, he has also completed a Law Degree at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

Passionate about music and food, Valentin speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and his native French.
