Lucie Gonçalves is an Associate at Blue Star Strategies SAS, serving clients in Paris, France and Brussels, Belgium. Prior to joining the firm, Lucie worked in corporate law for the Paris bureau of a U.S. law firm and for a public affairs consultancy in Paris.

Passionate about transatlantic relations, Lucie was awarded a U.S. Fulbright program Scholarship in 2014 to represent France in the Summer Institute for European Student Leaders at the Global Social Entrepreneurship Institute at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She was selected to present her final project on women’s entrepreneurship at the U.S. Department of State in Washington, DC. Lucie also completed a year-long academic exchange at the George Washington University where she studied political communication, campaign strategies, and media relations at the School of Media and Public Affairs.

Lucie earned her Bachelor’s degree from Sciences Po Paris’ Europe-North America program in Reims, where she studied social sciences and humanities with a comparative approach. She then completed her Master’s degree in Economic Law at Sciences Po Paris, specializing in intellectual property. 

A music and sports enthusiast, Lucie speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and her native French.
