Will Kinsman serves as a Senior Associate at Blue Star Strategies, LLC, where he provides essential support to clients within the firm’s U.S. and European portfolios. Will provides policy insights to clients across multiple jurisdictions, focusing primarily on the intersection of U.S. domestic and foreign policy. His work to date has encompassed diverse sectors including mining, energy, agriculture, and banking. By actively identifying the relevant stakeholders as well as engagement, and partnership opportunities, Will ensures our clients are making informed and proactive decisions.

Prior to his current role, Will interned at the Turkish Industry and Business Association (TÜSİAD), where he conducted research on geopolitical issues impacting the U.S. and Turkish economies. He also interned at Civil.GE, a digital publication with a focus on civil society in the Republic of Georgia.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Will received a B.A. in Political Science from George Washington University, following his undergraduate studies, he dedicated time to studying Georgian and basic Chechen while residing in Tbilisi, Georgia. In his spare time, Will enjoys running, reading, and exploring Washington, DC. Most recently he has taken up the Irish sport of hurling.
